AUDIT SUGGESTION ONTOLOGY
- OA Content: Replace page content entirely with our authoritative content.
- Keep: Content is solid and does not warrant revamp or replacement.
- Revamp: Content is acceptable, but could be improved for SEO.
- Merge: Reuses content elsewhere; destination must be Keep or Revamp.
- Redirect: URL consolidation only; content is discarded.
- Remove: Discard record and content (Record will 404).
PRACTICAL DECISION SHORTCUTS
- Content is good → Keep
- Content is okay → Revamp
- Content is not usable → OA Content
- Content should consolidate elsewhere → Merge
- Content isn't valuable, but the record shouldn't be lost → Redirect
- Both record and content are useless → Remove
LEGEND & VISUAL REFERENCE
- Primary: preserves SEO value by avoiding unnecessary redirects.
- UPI (Unique Page ID): Assigned to base records that were previously blank.
- Blocked: Status indicating validation failure during download.
