Process SLAs
- Access Request: Submitted within 24 hours of task assignment.
- Setup Completion: Dependent on client document submission (standard target: 5–10 working days).
Global Priority Rule
- VERIFICATION COMPLIANCE: Background checks and documentation validation are Google-controlled bottlenecks. The strategist must check account status every 48 hours to resolve policy/verification reviews immediately.
PROCESS MAP
GATE 0 — ONBOARDING AUTHORIZED
- Trigger: Account Manager identifies opportunity or client requests GLSA setup.
- Owner: Account Manager → GLSA Strategist
- Entry Criteria:
- Client has a physical address or service area eligible for GLSA.
- Client agrees to GLSA terms.
- Exit Criteria (must all be true):
- Setup task assigned in ClickUp.
GATE 1 — SCOPE & READINESS CONFIRMED
- Owner: GLSA Strategist
- Required Inputs:
- Client intake info.
- Exit Criteria (must all be true):
- Lead delivery flow, lead quality disputes, and budget mechanics explained to client.
- Target service categories confirmed.
- Client understands Online Access supports setup but does not charge recurring management fees for GLSA.
➡️ Expectations must be set regarding Google review timelines before requesting account access.
GATE 2 — AGENCY MANAGER ACCESS
- Owner: GLSA Strategist
- Exit Criteria (must all be true):
- Link request sent using oapagepilot agency account ID: 931-545-9823. Invite to Manage PPC Accounts Procedure.
- Client accepts invitation.
- Agency manager link confirmed as Active.
GATE 3 — COMPLIANCE SUBMISSIONS
- Owner: GLSA Strategist & Client
- Required Inputs:
- Active manager access from Gate 2.
- Exit Criteria (must all be true):
- Client guided through the Google verification flow.
- Required Client Submissions verified as uploaded:
- Business Licenses.
- General Liability Insurance certificate.
- Background check applications for active field technicians.
- Active Billing/Credit Card profile.
➡️ Blocker Protocol: If documents are rejected or missing, pause setup. Assign task back to coordinator listing what is missing, who owns it, and due date.
GATE 4 — SETTINGS & TARGETING OPTIMIZATION
- Owner: GLSA Strategist
- Required Inputs:
- Approved verification status from Google.
- Exit Criteria (must all be true):
- Service categories reviewed (irrelevant or low-margin sub-services unchecked).
- Bidding settings configured to match target cost per lead goals.
- Monthly budget caps set.
- Service areas matched to the target cities tracked in Rank Report Benchmarking Procedure.
GATE 5 — VERIFICATION SIGN-OFF & LAUNCH
- Owner: GLSA Strategist
- Required Inputs:
- Configured account settings from Gate 4.
- Exit Criteria (must all be true):
- Google verification checkpoint cleared.
- Call Tracking Preference confirmed:
- Recommended: Separate tracking numbers for GLSA vs. Google Search Ads vs. GBP.
- Alternate: Shared number logged if client accepts lower attribution accuracy. PPC Tracking Setup Procedure.
- Account audited for final launch-readiness Google Ads GLSA Audit Procedure.
- GLSA campaign activated.
